I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

房間大，服務非常好，離火車站近走路即可到達。不僅房間有瓶裝水提供，退房時前台居然還問我們需要水嗎？美國好多酒店都沒有免費瓶裝水，餐廳的味道非常不錯，環境優雅。非常推薦

大使館が立ち並ぶ通りにあり、雰囲気良く、安心して歩けました。飲食店も近くにたくさんあります。 地下鉄の駅も近く便利。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。 一階のレストランの朝食もリーズナブルでおいしい！

Booked this hotel with the understanding there is an option for buffet breakfast at $10/person as stated in 永安. Request for this at check-in but hotel declined stating that they only serve ala-carte breakfast. Called 永安 support to resolve issue. However, 永安 unable to solve issue and offer to compensate with 永安 coins instead and the value of 永安 coins offered is for 1 person instead of 2 persons as booked for this room. One of the 2 bedside lamps is not in good working condition - light goes out when there is vibration/contact with the lamp. Reported to front desk but the fix was no good. Problem recurred intermittently. A bit of mould on bath tub grouting.

設施太舊，空調噪音非常大，不衹是自己房間的空調，隔壁和走廊的空調幾乎整晚都在響，走廊的製冰機也很吵，天花板上還積攢了很多空調吹出的灰塵。房間內的照明幾乎靠幾盞枱燈和落地燈，不僅光線昏暗，而且晚上關燈開燈也很麻煩。酒店不提供自助早餐，衹能去餐廳單點，但性價比和周圍咖啡店相比不高。最大的優點是位置好，離地鐵站近，部分景點可步行到達，周圍環境方便安全。

我們入住酒店訂雙床、房間客滿、給我們升級套房。早餐非常棒。很推薦。唯一不足的是、valet parking，70美金一晚。我們住了三晚。心疼呀。
