Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were "shocked." No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

Der Namen des Hotels lässt auf Großes hoffen, aber leider wird es dem nicht gerecht. Die Rezeption scheint relativ neu zu sein, ich habe das Gefühl dass jeden Tag wer anderer eingeschult wird und relativ wenig Ahnung hat, was zu tun ist. Unser Zimmer war zwar groß und sauber, aber die Ausstattung war eine Katastrophe. Die Klimaanlage war EXTREM laut, hat außerdem nicht gekühlt. Drei Stunden auf höchster Stufe haben zei Grad Unterschied bewirkt. Die Spühlung vom WC hat nicht funktioniert und man musste die Spülkasten öffnen und händisch spülen. Außerdem hat uns niemand informiert dass der Room-Service nur ins Zimmer kommt, wenn man das explizit verlangt. Wir waren auf dieser Reise in acht Hotels, aber das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung.
