Despite housekeeping failed to fully maintain the room and fully replenish the amenities for a couple of days, they made up for it with a nice goodwill gesture. The M Club lounge was great, was a nice environment to work remotely whilst being on a leisure / business 永安. Although the male staff was quite rude and all the staff I feel were quite stingy in refilling the items eg some items were almost always empty (teas and snacks), it felt like (especially during peak hours) things were being rationed and that people there were like ‘Scrapping for scraps’, and it is disgusting that they start dismantling and taking thing away at 9:45am when breakfast officially finishes at 10am. The same male staff told us off for getting DoorDash (pizza) and eating it at the 24 hrs opened M Club Lounge (we had a late night flight arrival and arrived at the hotel close to 11pm / midnight; he was very rude and said that we’re not supposed to bring outside food and eat there but he said he would let us do it just once. We were the one people there given it was so late so it wasn’t like we were disturbing anyone or we were affecting anyone with smelly food etc.

Excellent service! Big spacious rooms and clean! The beds are so soft that you literally sleep through the night. Many other reviews said that the noise from the train will affect your sleep but we barely hear anything!

電視沒有信號，調試了也不行放棄了，房間門需要自己輕輕關，不然很響，沖馬桶質量一般，軟件設施有點偷工減料，最重要的是房間裏充滿了刺鼻的裝修好的氣味，很嗆人，喉嚨很不舒服，建議酒店除下味道（不知道是不是甲醛）新酒店第一次遇到喉嚨難受的

房間很新，設計很現代，不錯。唯一的缺點是早餐不值得訂，幾乎沒什麼選擇。不過隔壁的一家餐廳很贊。出去吃也是很方便的。

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

蠻舒服，空間也比較大。不錯

隔音很差 離火車道很近，會影響睡眠。步行十分鐘有個大超市

除了早餐不是自助餐，衹給了消費額度之外，其他都可以

The hotel is very clean and new. The room is big and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
