All i can say it was beyond my expectations. Hotel v clean, rooms were v good and spacious upto the mark. Bathrooms absolute clean. Breakfast v well lay. Definitely coming back

bad the reason to give this feedback is below: a. The bed sheet was not changed when i went to the room and saw the bed cover. After showing the same to the boy, he called the manager and changed the sheets of room 103. B. Without changing the bed cover, they have covered with blanket and nice colorful pillows. I am not sure about the towels. It is a basic, to change the bedsheet, the blanket sheets and towels and hem a new guest comes in.

My experience at this hotel as a couple was absolutely horrible. When we checked in, the staff treated us with utter disrespect, as if we were staying at a hotel for the first time, made derogatory comments and questioned if we would even pay for the bed sheets. It was incredibly disrespectful. One staff member even barged into our room and took away the pillow, saying "we know you are a couple and will dirty the pillow and sheets" as if that justifies their rude behavior. Throughout the stay it felt like we were being watched just because we were a couple, which completely ruined our relaxing and enjoyable time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially couples looking for a respectful and welcoming atmosphere.

Hotel location is very good, very close to rajouri market, saloon n restaurants are just opposite the hotel. The staff is very helpful, best thing is that they serve food any time, food is so yummy n quantity is very good, only problem is the bathroom, needs to be maintain well.

Good property with excellent service staff support. Staff were very courteous and helped out of their way to make our stay a pleasant. Decent rooms and delicious food. We couldn't enjoy the rooftop restaurant due to extreme weather conditions.
