The water stop working when I try to take a bath. Waiting for more than 2 hours to just get no result (even until I have to check out the following day). Not even any suggestion where to take bath or anything. Please improve next time.

The service was very slow, they don't change the bedsheet, even if we tell them to change. They also don't provide toiletries everyday. They also don't have phone in room. AC water was leaking. I was also unable to connect to wifi.

Had a short staycation here. Overall it was okay, but a few things to note: First, the location pin on Google Maps was a bit off, so we had a hard time finding the place at first. When we got into the room, the AC wasn’t cooling at all. We called the staff, and they came pretty quickly to fix it. After they adjusted the settings, the AC got a little better, but honestly, it still wasn’t super cold — just so-so. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was helpful, and the stay was quite pleasant overall.

Sekelas hotel bintang 5 bisa loh kasih kebijakan late cek out sampai jam 12..bahkan ada yang sampai jam 1,yang penting ada konfirmasi sebelumnya..tapi hotel ini gak ada kebijakan sama sekali,jam 11 harus tinggalin kamar,lewat dari itu bakal kena charge.. Gak ada lift,padahal sampai lantai 3..dan aku dapatnya lantai 3,alhasil ngangkat2 koper sendiri dan cuma diliat2in pun sm karyawannya.gak ada inisiatif sama sekali buat bantu tamu..pokoknya hotel ini minus pelayanan

Sayang sekali maintenancenya kurang terutama sprei dll udah mulai kusam dan banyak bercak, kamar air shower juga kadang kecil dan semalam mati lampu ga ada genset

It's a nice place to stay, comfy, cozy there's a cafe downstairs, there's no welcoming drink such as water. Luckily there's an Indomaret right next to it & the wifi isn't working but overall it's good.
