塞嘉拉龍目島酒店 (Segara Lombok Beach Resort)

Quiet place, picturesque beach. Selong Belanak Beach is nearby and offers a free shuttle service — definitely worth visiting whether you can surf or just want to swim. Reasonable prices for tours and transport. Space on a terrace is greatly organized.

I stayed here for 2 nights with the aim of relaxing on the beach. Time passed slowly and I was able to refresh myself. The staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I come to Lombok.

We love staying here! The rooms are spacious and cozy and the staff is always friendly. Right on the beach too!

The staff are all very nice and eager to help. The resort is very beautiful just like the pictures and like out of the movies. The restaurant was great too!  It was quiet there and peaceful. It was perfect for me. All the guests are polite and nice. Only one thing puzzles me. I ordered the ride to the public ferry the last day when I check out. The receptionist clearly told the driver to lead me to the public ferry location. However, the driver led me to a private ferry store. I spotted the scheme by the price. And then, while the driver was there with me, I was told to give the money to another guy. He seemed to be nice and tried to help. Until later on, I realized his helps require money at the end. He asked me specific price for his help and his friend. It was an awful experience. The public ferry was literally just opposite to the private stall. And the driver specifically pointed me to the private stall. I suspect they know each other.  I felt like I was framed just because I didn’t know and asked for help.  Be careful for all the travelers to Indonesia. There are a lot of nice people here, but also be alerted for schemes.

ホテルへのメールで問合せしたのですがレスポンスが早くて驚きました。 部屋はきちんと整えられており、レストランの食事はどれも美味しくて盛り付けにも凝っていました。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごすことができ、特にフロントスタッフはホスピタリティマインド抜羣で素晴らしかったです。 帰り（ホテルから空港まで）だけホテルで送迎を頼んだのですが、とても良心的な値段です。タクシーの運転手さんと値段交渉するのが面倒な方はホテルに頼んだ方がいいかもしれません。 我々が泊まった時は、我々以外はみな歐米人（年齢層高め）で、本當に靜かにゆったり過ごせました。リピートしたいです。

Located close to the airport. That was the main reason I selected this property. When we arrive, we were greeted with a big smile and he explained on the entire stay experience. Food is amazing at the restaurant. Service is commendable! The have great people working there and the property is located in a very quiet place in Lombok. Popular amongst surfers as we see them going in and out of the resort. Overall, a great place to relax completely away from anything.
