3, electric kettle and water geyser was not working. Inform several times to the concerned but result is zero.

1.they are using the word RESORT in their name which can confuse anyone it's much more like homestay but charges are equivalent to resort. 2.when I entered the hotel no one was at reception. after calling them they came and they said they were busy with other stuff. I had shifted my luggage to my room all by myself. so less staff and no security at the entrance. 3. Bugs at the hotel room. The food was below average. 4. A very important point no electricity for the whole night and even in days electricity was on and off because of that no hot water. they had no power backup. 5. The cancellation date of their booking is 12 days before the checking. Good hotels give cancellation time 48 hour before check in. I paid for one night for two adults and two kids with an extra bed and I booked for three nights. The extra bed had only matters on the floor. I will never suggest family people to book this hotel unless you like to do some adventure. this hotel was listed 3 start hotel. which is not even one star.

Food is not good, breakfast is good, not sufficient power back up, room is small compared to the given area, though the bathroom is very much satisfactory. Staffs are not supportive

Its location is awesome, just going outside one gets a lovely view of kanchenjunga next to the police outpost making it very safe to see the sunrise.
