Very good property. Location was very good. Food was tasty. Rooms were spacious with beautiful views. Service was fast and staff was cooperative.

Hotel staff from all cadres know the real meaning of words hospitality, service and guest. Rooms are spacious, organised and clean with all amenities that one sophisticated hotel must have. Meal is tasty and room service is also quick. entire hotel property has got very positive vibes and a great view. Worth planning your 永安 with this hotel. no negative point at all.

It was a nice experience. The rooms were spacious, with mountain view and well-lit. Bed, linens & bathroom were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maintenance required for this property. Geyser was not working, TV was not working. Food was good but mismanagement was there due to lack of staff. As per the picture was shown room was smaller & different. Location was ok.

The location is in lower Pelling with a great view. The staff members were really sweet and helpful.

Staff was friendly but the food item was over expensive. And the quantity of the items were too less. The mattresses were not good at all. Experiencing back pain for just staying 2 nights in it.

Room booked with heater.. after checkin called reception to get room heater.. windows in the room are broken and unable to close.. called again to check after 30 minutes.. said they forgot and got room heater which was not working and sparks coming out.. called reception again for room heater, receptionist responded that we provided one and you don’t want so they can’t help.. corrected her told to send working room heater.. they sent same one after 30 minutes.. after talking to reception after 5 times, decided there is no point talking to such unprofessional hotel.. bathroom was not cleaned and stinking.. WI-FI is for name sake and won’t work..waste of money.. stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays

View is awesome and food is good. Staff is polite. Room is neat and clean. But no lift difficult for old age

Stay was comfortable, had excellent view of kachenjunga. Food was also good and have variety of options in inhouse restaurant
