The team was very friendly. The facilities were dated and in our unit the bathroom and bedroom areas smelled of urine, the water pressure was minimal, and the ac unit was loud. We were placed at the back of the resort with views of the docks, construction equipment, and the facility next door. We requested another room due to the view and the urine smell, but were told it wasn't possible because the property was a time share property. Had I known at the time of booking it was a timeshare property, I would not have booked it! We ultimately decided to leave and go to another hotel. We couldn't stand the smell of the urine and felt that for the amount of money we paid, the view was just unacceptable. The onsite restaurant was closed due to a private function so we had to walk to the other side to find a place to eat and had to wait a while because we didn't have reservations. All around our experience at this resort was not a pleasant one and would like a refund. We did stay the first night because our flight got in late and we had an early morning tour scheduled and couldn't make changes to our guided tour time. I will not be recommending this resort to anyone without letting them know it's a timeshare property.
