長途開車路過天黑了就在這停下了，屋子裡衞生還行，但是毛巾很臟，有頭髮、污漬，酒店外面蚊子超級多

I booked this hotel online through the app 永安. When accessing the pet policies, it lists the fee of $15 per pet per day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the fee was $20, I said that when I booked the room online the price listed was $15. She pointed to the sign in the office that read pet fee $20. Their cancellation policy for this booking on my confirmation is “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it.” So now I’m stuck, I can’t cancel and it irritates me that I have to pay a fee at all. Seems that I can’t modify the booking, but they can. Secondly, another reason for the low rating is although the room was clean there was a water leak coming from the unit above. Whenever the occupant above would use the washroom, liquid would drain from the ceiling into the tub.

Few things could make this place worse. Dirty and completely useless services. Charged as a walk up WHEN I MADE A RESERVATION. A month later and Parker the manager still hasn't refunded me even though BW can SEE the duplicate charge. Unreal. Literally stole my money from my credit card. Do not give this place any business.

The room was great and plenty of parking, really close to the freeway. I was really happy with the price ass well. I would definitely stay again if needed.
