Horrible service and unprofessional staff and room was dirty dust in the fan and dirty carpets wouldn’t recommend didn’t like the stay at all too hot not cosy

It’s a nice location and the rate was okay, but the property wasn’t clean. If you don’t have any problem with cleanliness, then you can choose it.mainy the toilet is dirty.

Terrible stay. Too much to say in a review, room unclean, found chocolate wrapper and perfume under the bed, hadn't been hovered, no bath plug in bath, no top on mixer tap, no normal coffee in room only decaf, hairs in bed, too warm in room. View out of window just rubbish and a broom outside to look at. Have complained by email but no response from hotel, only keep asking for my booking ID then when i phone up they tell me they cant find my booking number so i have complained through 永安 asking for a refund!!! DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

Was dirty, had to change the room wouldn't stay there again

We have actually stayed here several times over the past month as it is so peaceful, comfy, and ideally located for what we need. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we first arrived, Ann on reception immediately upgraded us to a larger room when she saw how much luggage we had with us, she has also always greeted us with a smile and a welcoming hello everytime we pass reception and has been very helpful and nice to talk too. Shakir arrived just after Christmas and has been an absolute superstar with all guests, it appears he will help anyone with whatever they need. He is so pleasant to talk too and even encouraged my wife to sit with the staff one night and join in the conversation which for us was going above and beyond, as my wife has been socially isolated for health reasons. The housekeeping staff are always available should they be required and Rumi has been very helpful and always polite with a smile and hello. The hotel had been shut for years and only recently reopened, so is quickly being renovated. The Restaurant and Bar are currently closed but I am sure will be fully operational soon. The lift isn't working but hopefully will also be fixed soon. All in all a very pleasant stay and we are actually sad to have to leave. We will be back soon x

Pillows and bed were very comfortable but it was 100% clean, found a baby formula bottle down the side of the bed and the floor, bath and sink weren't overly clean

Quick and easy in booking  Rooms are good  It’s better if they have bar or restaurants

Do not stay here. Hotel is totally uncontactable, the check in & out are wildly different to that stated on 永安’s confirmation and the staff are pretty unbothered. Hotel smelled like damp everywhere, reception carpet was wet. Hotel room had someone else’s clothes left in the wardrobe, towels were like sandpaper and the bathroom looked like it’d be cleaned in 30 seconds. No coffee, tea or anything just mugs and glasses and a kettle. Room also smelled damp. Check out said midday, but 9am a guy knocked on the door and asked when I’d be out so they could clean. Wasn’t bothered as didn’t want to stay there any longer, lack of coffee made the exit swift. The room was £40 and it had a bed and a lock on the door, which if that’s all you’re looking for at a bargain, and don’t mind the smell, or the heating on full all night, it’s fine. No pool, car park is covered in moss on the floor making it extremely slippy.

Hotel room was nothing like the pictures advertised. The hotel and room itself had a funny smell to it. The bin in the bathroom still had rubbish from the previous visitors. Bed was clean and comfy though. I only stayed one night and only was there to sleep so did the job, however was not impressed with the lack of basic hotel requirements there was. Wouldn’t be impressed if I was staying longer.
