諾頓公園酒店水療中心及莊園別墅 (Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House - Winchester)

An impromptu visit and booking to Norton Park Hotel, location was just amazing, as we drove 3 and bit hours to get there. Facilities were good, unfortunately the steam room was not working when got there which was a shame. Sauna and pool ideal; loungers were for more quite uncomfortable as bar across the bottom aggravates back. We ate at the hotel and didn’t disappoint, breakfast was the best as I was on a “watching what I ate” plenty healthier options to choose from. Room was lovely spacious and clean; bed very comfortable and I slept so well. Loved the body shampoo etc. Only downside I asked for quiet room and away from lift (which we were away from lift) but night after got there a family placed next door who screamed and stayed up until 2300 hrs! Can’t be helped but wasn’t particularly pleasant or relaxing.

I had read the mixed reviews so just approached this stay with an open mind. Lots of positives. Every staff member we interacted with was really helpful, from reception to health suite to bar. The location is beautiful and the leisure facilities are of a high standard. The gym is great. Towels and lockers are provided as well as water. My daughter and I loved it.

Hotel is nice! The grounds are lovely too. No complaints! - Little feedbacks, breakfast feels unorganised, foods decent. But many dirty tables, lack of plates/mugs/cutlery. Because they’re all dirty on the tables. Again not a complaint, we didn’t have any issues asking and waiting, but it needs a little revision. Room was splendid. Quiet but can hear hallway noise well when people walk by etc. Other than that. Honestly lovely. Pool and facilities clean and good to use, including the gym. Would say pool and gym smaller in person than expected too. But still good! Brief encounters with staff all good, seemed lovely and helpful when needed! Would stay again if price was lower.

A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake. The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best. Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

Beautiful views. Leisure facilities lovely. Bryan a super star. Jessica in bar area was lovely, remembered what I drank. Rib eye the first night was ok, not amazing. Lamb rump on the second night was super.

Very enjoyable stay friendly staff this our 5th stay and each time I cannot fault thank you Norton park.

Great hotel. Had a very nice stay with access to a good fitness suite and pool.
