bagus banget staff ramah kamar oke banget betah😭😭 cuma kurang dikit, AC kamar lt 2 ga dingin sih overall udh ok banget👍 aku dikasih slice cake pas cekot huhu baiknya❤️

From videos, it looks like it has a large living room. My mistake for not checking the room size. I came with 3 adults and 3 kids(all below 8) and we were so cramped in the Elderweiss room. The rooms are better at accomodating a group of friends - max 4 or a small family with 2 kids above 10yrs old. Really max for 4 pax, another person added and you can't move much in the room. My daughter scratched herself when she was climbing the staircase as it has sharp edges (the wood has chips off). Booked the place for 2 nights. Service was good. The aircons (3 of them) took hours to turn cold although already put them at 16°.
