酒店的位置比較偏，算不上5星，不知道永安怎麼評的？？3-4星吧 被子和枕頭不夠乾淨，感覺換得不頻繁。 早餐豐富，酒店服務貼心，凌晨5點退房，還給我安排了早餐

The best part of this hotel is definitely its fantastic staff—kudos to them! The team went out of their way to help me with several queries and even assisted in booking my train ticket. The rooms are cozy and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, the hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is decent, though it could be improved, and there’s one restaurant along with a bar. The only downside is that the bar is located in the lobby, making it a bit too exposed to passersby. Still, I’d give this hotel a solid 5 out of 5!

Deuxième séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Nous entendions moins le bruit de l’extérieur depuis le 15eme étage vs 12eme la première fois. Néanmoins, les draps étaient tachés et les meubles également. La douche était moyennement propres. C'est dommage pour un hôtel du groupe accor.

Clean, good desk for working. Tasty breakfasts. Pool is pokolen, so more for decoration as far as I'm concerned. Gym is good.

My personal opinion was 1. The front Office lady was unfriendly. 2. No face towels inside to toilet. 3. The color of Towels n floor mat look unclean, water faucet stained. I really Wonder if it's a 5 star hotel with that kind of standard????
