奧華酒店 - 烏魯姆魯 (Ovolo Sydney Woolloomooloo, a Wyndham Hotel)

唯一的問題是他們的房間整理和清潔服務： 1. 毛巾放浴缸需要換，他們竟然撿起來放回架子上 2. 酒杯竟然有粘液，感覺洗潔精沒洗乾淨 3. 最離譜：出外回到房間竟然有一包垃圾放在衣櫃前面，明顯搞衞生的忘記拿走了，太低級的犯錯 注意：其他都很好，就是客房清潔太差拉低評分

首先表揚永安客服，出了問題是真的會兜底，而且處理問題的速度非常快。 這酒店退房時候一定要問他要一張消費清單，因為會莫名其妙把沒有的消費掛在你的頭上！ 在checkin時候，酒店前台要了信用卡訊息，然後就直接產生消費掛帳了。太可怕了。

房間很大，早餐也很豐富，性價比特別高

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. what I expected to be a pleasant family 永安, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Key Issues: 1. Lack of Child-Friendly Accommodations: The hotel failed to provide a proper extra bed for my child, despite prior arrangements. On the first night, after three requests,we were only given a throw pillow as a substitute for a proper pillow. The staff dismissed my concerns and even told me not to raise my voice when I sought help this was unacceptable, especially after a long journey when we were exhausted. 3. Unacceptable Incidents: False Scarcity of Basic Amenities: Staff repeatedly claimed the hotel had no spare pillowsand only one blanket left an implausible and outrageous assertion for any reputable establishment. 4. Uncomfortable Room Conditions: The room temperature was fixed at a freezing 16°C with no heating or adjustable thermostat. We endured this until the third night when we finally received proper blankets. 5. Inconsistent Service: While some staff later were polite, the initial treatment (particularly on the first night) was appalling. I chose not to escalate further to avoid ruining our 永安, but my child had to endure" these conditions for all four nights. 4. Unacceptable Incidents: False Scarcity of Basic Amenities: Staff repeatedly claimed the hotel had no spare pillowsand only one blanket left an implausible and outrageous assertion for any reputable establishment. The so-called last blanket provided was visibly stained and unclean. When I requested a replacement, I was told no alternatives existed . This is either deliberate dishonesty or gross mismanagement. Expectation: Given the premium paid, I expected basic comforts like warm bedding, respectful service, and child-friendly solutions. Instead, we felt neglected and unheard. Positive Notes: The breakfast offerings and dining staff were exceptional.The quality, variety, and attentive service made our mornings enjoyable. Specific team members [mention names if possible] provided warm, professional hospitality that stood in stark contrast to other issues we faced.

A short train journey away from Universal, super easy to get there, with excellent help from reception. Very cool room with a great rock feature in the window! Struggled to use the TV and Chinese Alexa (?) but didn’t try too hard as I was only there for one night. Still 5 stars.

第二次入住，上一次是在疫情之前了。感覺酒店整體變化不大，但略有一些小調整。入住房間附近的走廊有噴漆產生刺激性味道，向前台提出後也馬上換了房間並贈送了一瓶紅酒。唯一覺得酒店停車比較貴。

酒店有特色，碼頭改建而成。 位置比較方便，在bigbus第七站，走約500米就是nsw美術館，再走個約500米到聖瑪麗教堂和海德公園，再走約200米到悉尼博物館，從聖瑪麗教堂到David Jones商場約500米。 走到歌劇院和巖石區約一公里。 住起來很適合city walk，又不在中心區那麼吵。

房間挺大風格現代又是舊船廠改建挺有趣，但在住房期間在浴室遇到蟑螂，打電話去前台馬上要去幫忙，不僅沒有消滅還出現了第二衹。前台居然衹是冷冰冰説今晚訂滿了換不了房間，後來工作人員在我們再三堅持不能住才給我們另一間房。然後事後也沒有給我們任何補償，五星級酒店出現蟑螂這種事非常不能讓人接受，服務態度不夠好，肯定是不推薦的

漂亮的房間，面積大，衞生間乾淨，有浴缸，有送的零食吃，迷你吧的飲料免費喝，第二天給續滿。大堂和酒店外觀拍照很出片，周圍的飯館都還不錯，門口有趟公交能去QVB，很方便，離植物園和美術館都很近，走着就能到，穿過植物園就是環形碼頭和歌劇院，步行也不辛苦。

Brilliant. On the water, just far enough away from the busy CBD yet you can walk there for shopping, beautiful walks around the point and through the gardens, all staff provided fabulous service, incredible wharf converted into modern hotel, loved the brekkie too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Team Ovolo!
