西安美途美墅公寓 (Xi'an Meitu Meishu Apartment)

從香港一路向西奔赴古城西安，初次到訪便被這家高端民宿徹底圈粉，凌晨時分冒昧諮詢，老闆依舊熱情滿滿、秒速回應，不僅貼心安排提早入住，還專人引導至房間，細節處盡顯誠意。保潔大姐的親切問候，更讓我真切感受到西安人的淳樸與熱忱。房間體驗同樣驚艷，一梯一戶的私密感拉滿，空間開闊通透。作為有潔癖的人，也完全被這份乾淨整潔與温馨氛圍打動，好感度直接拉滿！這趟西安之行因這家民宿更添美好，下次再來，這裏必然是我的不二之選。

The location is actually wonderful, the cleanliness, service, facilities however is horrendous, i don't think any travelers should experience what we had went through here. Check in time states 2PM, we arrived at 12 to put our luggage in the family suite room. the cleaner was still cleaning as the previous tenant left at 11. they told us have lunch and it will be done afterwards, came back at 3pm, not ready, i sill see the cleaner cleaning till 5+ pm it was ready to be used.......... (i don't know why would you state 2pm if you cant do it) All 3 of the bathroom has horrendous smell, never mind, we bought fragrance diffusers, air fresheners fragrance wax, you name it, it does not remove the mouldy/ terrible smell spreading across the hallways to our room.' There is 5 rooms so 5 beds right?, 4 beds are ridiculously hard, 1 is soft. i don't understand why would anybody want to pay this price just to sleep on a floor like bed. so when you go with a group, its a hassle to distribute accordingly. There is a washing machine without the drying function, its 1-10 degree outside, there was a rollable hanger for us to use, however there is hoard of supplies/ trash blocking it down... there is no floormat given/placed, so when you come out of the shower its like your expected to wear the disposable slipper that is thin like paper (not water proof) the shower cubicle does not fully enclosed the area to prevent the water from coming out, also it floods within 30 seconds as the drain isn't working properly.... its really unhygienic. when we are about to use the bathroom, there are like strands of clogged ***** hair on the drain, when we are laying on the bed, there is ***** hair and hair strands on the bedsheets and pillows.......(applies to 3 rooms.....) there is used condoms and condoms leftover from the previous tenants..... that was all in the first day, we were tired, the bed is hard asf, so we can't be bothered. on the third day 3 am, the water stop working, its not fun to sit on a toilet when its 3 degree and there is no water & heater working... some was shitting some was bathing, no water, aircon stop working, heater stop working, i had to sit in the toilet for a solid 2 hours and call the person to wake up, the fact that it took him another 30 mins to an hour to get a person and asked where is the water card and the water tank, when we are just tenants, after 30 minutes of communication the person asked us to find the water box and swipe it when we are the tenants, god the water box is severely under maintain, its so bad the smell is horrendous and what is worse is the fact the clothes that are being dry is absorbing it. i had booked tour for Mount Hua 華山 & bus fare tickets for 4 people total ( around 2000 RMB) at 7 am at this point i asked to leave and refund because clearly they wasted an entire day worth of time of ours, its not fair right? you know the owner said? anything can be discussed, sleep first. the beds can be changed to mattresses. (as if i paid to sleep on floor wasn't enough) can get the cleaner to clean the toilets. ( there is no housekeeping, unless you asked for it.) can find technician to fix the aircon/heaters, its a bloody joke, i am overseas visiting, not your test subject, wasting mine and my friends time. they did not refund us in the end. $1300 SGD wasted on the worst apartment i stayed in China

地點方便，附近有很多食肆和大型商場。屋主也很友善。但是浴室水壓不太好。

環境不錯，設施很好，周邊餐飲很方便

此次入住的民宿真是超出期待！對面就是大明宮遺址公園，理位置優越，商業繁華，緊鄰地鐵口，去鐘樓、大唐不夜城景點幾站路，比開車更便捷，附近是萬達廣場熱鬧的夜市街，吃飯購非常方便，小區品質高，大堂奢華大氣，房間寬敞明亮，輕奢風格，設計精美，四房二廳三衞的大平層，非常實用，我們一行9人剛好住下！還配置了全自動麻將機，為我們一行人休閑時光增添了很多樂趣，像在家裡一樣温馨舒適，非常愉快的旅行體驗。

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在繁華地段，緊鄰地鐵口，周邊交通出行方便。去鐘樓、大唐不夜城幾站路！房間寬敞明亮，還配置了全自動麻將機，為我們一行人休閑時光增添了很多樂趣，像在家裡一樣温馨舒適，總之這是一次非常愉快的旅行體驗，下次還會選擇這家民宿。

我們是五個大老爺們入住，住得非常舒服，這個就是在小區裏的民宿，裝修很好，周圍安靜，設施齊全，地暖很暖和，開着窗戶都不冷，新風空調啥的都沒毛病，小區管理很嚴，周圍就是萬達和兩條小吃街！吃的應有盡有，不過在房間吃太舒服了，有兩天晚上我們都故意打包回來吃的，吃完打麻將打撲克…都不想出去玩了；周圍交通很方便，走幾步就是地鐵站；有兩間卧室是一個小套房，一間帶獨衞，還有兩間用一個衞生間，三個衞生間確實足夠用了總之，大平層住着真舒服啊
