設施：設施都是全新的，非常好用！ 衞生：衞生真的是沒得説，非常的乾淨！ 環境：環境地點非常方便，樓下就是夜市商場電影院還有美食城！ 服務：從電梯一開你就可以感受到服務的熱情，就像是回了自己的家一樣！

到西寧住的這家酒店是第二家，對比之前住的地方這家酒店讓我們眼前一亮，無論是地理位置，還是環境，衞生，服務都十分滿意，媲美星級酒店。重要的事情説三遍，有空調！有空調！！有空調

最後一天離開西寧住的酒店，酒店細節做的很好，服務的小妹妹也特別給力，因為空調的問題解決到很晚，但仍然很有耐心。住的很舒服。 樓下就是夜市，很方便

I was extremely impressed with the room. The way it is designed has been very well thought out and it looks as lovely as it is comfortable! The suite had everything we needed including the lovely large bath tub and shower. I loved the space and it would have been ideal for two or three nights in the place. Unfortunately we only stayed for one. It is located near food markets and restaurants and is very close to the train station. The hotel reception was very professional and extremely helpful, they also arranged a car to take us to the train station. The breakfast is standard Chinese style breakfast, I thought it was good and filling, and they offer variety of coffee options with their machine, as well as tea. This hotel is very well organized and designed! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Xining!

帶着小朋友來青海旅行選擇的這家，在一棟全是酒店的樓裏，樓下就是新千夜市，離西寧站也不遠。房間設施很智能，小朋友很喜歡叫小度小度，尤為覺得不錯的是牙刷是軟毛牙刷，是此次行程中體驗最棒的一家。住了兩天，正因為抵達第一晚住的不錯，離開前又訂了一晚。美中不足是早餐種類比較少，該方面有進步空間。

這家酒店入住體驗感實在太差，讓加一條被子還得請示領導，請示之後還沒有，整個酒店沒有一條多餘的被子，太離譜了吧，而且洗頭的時候突然發現護髮素幾乎是空的瓶子，客人入住之前都不檢查備品的嗎？酒店的拖鞋質量也太差。有什麼需求給前台打電話，半個小時都不迴應，還得自己再打電話催！説讓換個床單給我拿來個被罩，真無語了，沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，連個值班的客房保潔都沒有，就這麼管理早晚得黃。

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.
