新山口舒適酒店 (Comfort Hotel Shin Yamaguchi)

酒店地理位置優越，步行到新幹線和JR新山口站衹要2分鐘，站前有直達巴士到萩市，交通十分方便。酒店設施齊全，服務態度好，早餐豐富，性價比很好，值得推薦！

離新幹線新山口站很近，飯店旁邊好幾間居酒屋，有一間7-11，浴室蠻小的，住宿有無料早餐，廣島跟岡山房價高點時可以搭配山口廣島岡山JR Pass住新山口，最南可到博多，最北到岡山再轉JR在來線至四國的高松！

Rooms were clean, check in was easy, breakfast was satisfactory. The info related to parking in the reviews is incorrect. The hotel does not have its own parking and you need to use pay parking close by the hotel. There are several options at different price levels, and the hotel recommends which one to use upon check-in but be advised that the parking lots begin to fill up as the day gets later so the later you arrive, the more you pay for parking, and hopefully all does not fill up. Overall, I would go back if I the area, it was a great price / value.

位置很好，在新山口站北口過馬路就是，甚至在站裏就能看見。旁邊有便利店，走七八分鐘還有大的超市。標準經濟連鎖，免費早餐。這個價格很不錯

駅前すぐのホテルで綺麗だし立地的によかった😃

廁所有少少水漬似的 但整體算乾淨整潔 另下也閃廁所 double room也算比較窄 洗手盤前轉身有一點困難 位置算幾好 在新山口隔離 服務很好 門前的職員會很主動幫忙 即使係未有主動要求 設施也算不錯 有早餐 有像品bar到晚上12點 整理可以 當時遇上當地有大型音樂節 很熱鬧

今回は宿泊させていただきありがとうございました！ だいぶ早めに着いて荷物の預かりやレンタルサイクルについて質問しましたが、とても丁寧に対応していただき良かったです。 また、チェックインも少し早めにしていただけたので部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました また山口に來たら泊まりたいと思いました

I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas. The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient. Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor. There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!

酒店早餐是要入住的前一天拿整理券的否則第二天沒有座位吃不上早餐 因為這個酒店入住率還挺高的 位於新山口車站2分鐘 坐新幹線很方便！床墊是舒達的很軟睡的很舒服！ 這個酒店可以自己存行李的不需要前台 因為在酒店入口處有寄存櫃 自己把行李放進去 設定個人喜好的密碼 然後記住就可以了 取行李幾點都可以也不存在打擾前台 很方便！這個絕對加分值得所有酒店學習👍
