The hotel did not give my family our deposits back we booked 2 rooms they said that they had to do extra cleaning to our rooms because we smoked and we did not smoke inside the rooms

Cons -dirty blanket -moldy shower -air vent didn’t work properly and condensation dripped all over the floor and created a puddle and when using the towel to clean it up it was brown -hair on the floors and base boards -sink smelt sour and could smell it as soon as you walked in -kids playing football in the parking lot and hit one of the cars -staff wasn’t that friendly but could have been worse Pros -location -easy check in/check out -shampoo/conditioner/body was washed good quality -comfy bed

We booked this hotel because it was so close to carowinds. The room was clean, the staff was nice. Only we didn't have 5 towels for the 5 people that were to stay in the room. The staff remedy to eat this quickly..

Every time I visited my relatives I stayed at this lovely hotel. It’s more clean hotel I have ever been in my whole life. You will see your name on welcome screen. They provided shampoo for shower, coffee available 24hrs.

Always stay in this new hotel when we travel to Charlotte. Price is cheap and free breakfast is good. Free parking and besides the hotel there is a McDonald.
