The biggest highlight of this accommodation is its location — just a short walk (5 minutes) to JR Tabata Station, with a convenient store nearby. Overall, the room is acceptable. It feels a bit small for three people, but it is quite well equipped with amenities such as one bed, a futon, a sofa, a microwave, a refrigerator, a smart TV, a washing machine, clothes hangers, a drying rack, an iron, an ironing board, Wi-Fi, and kitchenware (plates, spoons, forks, electric kettle).

El piso está bien situado para el precio que tiene, a 7 min del metro que conecta casi todo Tokio, pero el piso es muy pequeño, el baño es diminuto y sin tan siquiera una cortina, con lo cual se sale el agua y se queda humedecido todo el baño, es una sensación un poco desagradable, fuimos 3 personas y ese piso no debería ser apto para 3, máximo dos personas, para 3 hay que hacer un tetris ya que no tiene ni un armario ni huecos para dejar las maletas o cosas, tiene un colchón y un futón para el tercero que no tiene ni 3cm de grosor, es como un edredón y lleno de manchas, bastante olor a humedad en todo el piso.

垃圾不能再垃圾，連個前台都沒有，定了三晚也沒有打掃衞生的，操作相當複雜，衞生間太小，這輩子住的最垃圾的酒店

Остановились с семьёй на 5 дней. Местоположение очень хорошее, рядом станция, есть магазины и кафе. Немного тесновато, шумно с улицы и в квартире очень пыльно. Есть утюг, фен, выпрямитель для волос, стиральная машина, пылесос и вай-фай. Столовые приборы такие, как кружки и вилки на двоих человек, а квартира заявлена на троих человек, нет стирального порошка

Three of us stayed for a week and then booked again. Getting to the house is very easy. House location is perfect, close to the metro, and you can get everywhere with a single metro (maximum 1 transfer). There are two family markets and affordable restaurants very close to the house. The house has air conditioning, a microwave, kitchenware, a hairdryer, a hair straightener, a washing machine, and a television. The room is a bit small but functional. If you don't plan to spend much time in house, I highly recommend it.

盥洗用品都有，廚房用品也ㄧ應俱全、有微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機都有，但是枕頭和和室床墊太薄、不好睡，離田端站很近，有麥當勞、餐廳、超市，生活機能便利。

Found a chocolate inside the bed area when we checked in (as seen in the photo).. clearly didnt clean much. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash run out very fast and the labels on the bottles come out very easily for the price I paid to stay here, would expect some kind of standard (would prefer to have the whole bottle there).. the body towels are small.. But overall, the location was very convenient and there's a familymart 5mins down the road. The train (Yamanote Line) stops at every popular tourist spots.
