Comecei com uma experiência terrível pois no check in foi-me dito que havia um problema com a minha reserva e que teria de ir para outro hotel na mesma zona e com a mesma qualidade. Mas  entretanto estavam a enviar-me para um hostel de 2 estrelas. Retomamos novamente ao hotel e prontamente resolveram a situação e disponibilizaram um quarto como tínhamos reservado.  O rececionista do hotel foi extremamente simpático e fez tudo para nos deixar satisfeitos. O hotel está muito bem situado tem um ótimo pequeno-almoço. Recomendo 😊

Отель в исторической части города на довольно тихой улице. Одноместный номер небольшой, но чемодан разобрать можно. Кровать удобная, ванная просторная, есть биде и ванна. Остановился бы ещё раз.

Urban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category
