2大+2小，訂的套房。房間內部不算新，但外觀非常漂亮。 因為是在景區，所以價格很高。出了車站左轉直行，3-4分鐘就看到了。吐槽兩點： （1） 我見過最小的浴室。 淋浴關起門來，你會不停的碰胳膊碰腿。因為太小了。我真是不理解，外國人那麼多高大肥胖的。怎麼可能進去洗。估計大體型的衹能去浴缸淋浴了。 （2） 早餐太差了。是整個歐洲行程中最差早餐。太簡陋了。 一晚上5千多的價格這個早餐真的是太不值得了。 不會再選擇。 採爾馬特是景區，酒店太多了。沒必要追求外觀高大上，因為內裏跟外觀實在不匹配。 另外，10月份來採爾馬特的朋友千萬別定“冰川小火車”。 票很難訂很貴，但是你真的看不到冰川。一路上景色和普通火車一樣。衹不過窗戶大一些。這是最大的坑！

ツェルマットの駅から近くちあり、スーパーやメイン通りへすぐに行ける場所でアクセスはグッドでした。 部屋のベランダからマッターホルンが見えてすごく良かったです。

酒店地點離火車站很近， 兩間卧室的公寓式。條件非常好， 早餐也很好。 客廳陽台可以看到馬克洪峯， 不用跑到外面就可以看到日照金山，和每日遊街的羊羣。 也許是因為主卧窗外在施工， 對空氣有影響， 所以價位還不錯。

酒店位置非常方便，就在Zermatt站3分鐘路程，距離上山的車站也是數分鐘路程。房間乾淨整潔，有露台，可以看到馬特雄峯！

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this PERFECT Located Zermatt hotel—an ideal getaway for couples seeking romance and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and personalized service. The room was cozy but dated, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our balcony—absolutely magical at sunrise and sunset. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the village center and lifts, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking charm, comfort, and stunning alpine beauty. Psst: Minus the opposite land area with constant noise in the morning due from construction, it will be better.

The hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel: 1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite. 2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same. 3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner. Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

位置很好，火車站出來就能看到，走路3分鐘差不多。超市就在斜對面。去viewpoint也很方便，走路7-8分鐘就到。設備，房間，環境都還可以。前台很熱情，溝通很愉快。 景色也不錯，衹不過我們住的時候對面的酒店在裝修有一點影響。
