從入住到退房的體驗都很棒，酒店有車可以接送到採爾馬特火車站，酒店可以直接看到馬特洪峯，早上可以看到日照金山。

特別温馨 而且酒店前台的女士從頭到尾都非常熱情 有一種回家的感覺…有任何問題都積極協助解決 而且晚上可以在房間裏直接看到馬特洪峯的藍調時刻 早上的日照金山也沒有遮擋 早飯也很豐富

We booked two nights at this hotel, paying $4,500 for two rooms. After the first night, we realized there wasn’t much to do, as everything in the area closes at 7 PM, and the hotel itself offers no activities. The next day, we decided to take our kids skiing, but unfortunately, my son had an accident and injured his knee. In Zermatt, getting immediate help isn’t easy, so we had to cut our 永安 short and return to Dubai for proper medical attention. Before leaving, I asked the hotel if they could cancel our second night and provide a refund, given the circumstances. Not only did they refuse, but they also showed zero concern for my son’s injury. They didn’t offer any assistance, nor did they call for an emergency doctor. Their only response was, “There’s a doctor in town—order a taxi and take him yourself.” The real issue? The hotel is in a remote location with no taxis or buses readily available, and as first-time visitors, we had no idea how to navigate the situation. With no other option, we canceled our plans and flew back home. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: just because a hotel is expensive doesn’t mean it offers better service. In this case, a three-star hotel might have been a better choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.
