老闆人非常好，非常熱情，因為坐的是火車早上五點到的票，所以很早就到了旅社，但老闆很熱情的幫忙搬行李入住，還推薦附近吃飯的地方，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，在露天的陽台上還能看到遠處的山，位置非常好，床鋪也很大，側邊還有放東西的空間，非常推薦

我第一次住青旅，給我的體驗感非常非常好！有很善良熱心美麗的老闆姐姐們、熱情周到的阿姨們、遠道而來的各位朋友們還有貪吃的大黃！設施都很乾凈有專門的區域，能碰見許多外國人，都特別好看特別帥哈哈哈哈哈。在張家界的這一次經歷十分的美好，希望老闆的生意紅紅火火、日子蒸蒸日上、阿姨們的身體都健健康康的還有大狗也好好的！！！

Super cozy place. The bunks are comfortable and provide good privacy. Also the staff is super helpful and helped me to organize my stay. They even helped me get tickets for the attractions during golden week. Bonus: great view from the balcony

Thank you so much! The staff is very helpful and accommodating with flexible hours for check out. I had the pleasure to share a celebration with everyone at the hostel, which was really nice! The location is perfect, there are so many options for food and entertainment walking distance.

I enjoy my staying here, a spend 5 nights in here and theres not many people. Sometimes i just have myself in the dorm room. The building is beautiful and you can access it in 24 hour. Although the reception is not speaking english, but they really helpful.

The host is a very hospitable, easy check-in process. I got upgraded from a shared bunk bed to a double bedded room upon arrival for free which was really great! They're also accommodating to let me store my bags on checkout day. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in individual bottles which really ensure hygiene. Towels are not included, hence consider bringing one with you. Slippers are also provided which is really a plus point to make their guests comfortable! The owner also gave me some local produce of ZhangJiaJie (pears) and also badge as a gift. There's also a local food court/canteen called 燕窩塔社區食堂 that offers super adorable meals that cost CN¥12. Overall, a very delightful stay experience. Highly recommended. 🫶

本來還覺得市區沒有能住的青旅，無意間看到這家訂了果然沒錯。環境很好，院子的花開的很好，大廳也修的很漂亮，坐下來看看電視非常愜意。最重要的是跟老闆聊聊天，真的是非常厲害的人物。服務人員也非常熱情，很好！再來還要住這裏！
