Son los mejores. El Hotel es perfecto y está ubicado en una zona increíble al lado del teleférico de la montaña Tianmen, los anfitriones son lo mejor, te ayudarán en todo y te organizarán tus visitas hasta ayudándote con las entradas, todo siempre con una sonrisa, el mejor hotel de China donde he estado gracias a sus dueños. La mejor ubicación si quieres ir a Tianmen, hay comida cerca del hotel. Lucian te ayuda con todo, comprar boletos, itinerario, recomendaciones etc., es un plus que cualquier viajero agradece bastante. Hospedarse aquí fue lo mejor

Very good location nearby the tianmenshan cable car station. Lot of eating outlets for fruits as well. The staff is available to assist buying tickets of attractions at discounted price, also welcome to leave baggage for the day after check out. This is highly appreciated!

The room was large enough for two people's but need to install some bright lights in room, And there is no face mirror in the room that was quite adjustable. I like the ambience of the hotel's first floor which looks attractive The hotel owner was very helpful like guiding and explaining the route map, overall the hotel experience was good

We had a wonderful family stay at Nanfengbeixiang Inn in Zhangjiajie! From the moment we arrived, the front reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, gave great local tips, and even helped us plan parts of our 永安 — which made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the view from our room at night. Looking out the window, we were treated to a stunning, peaceful scene of the surrounding mountains and rooftops softly lit under the night sky — truly unforgettable and so calming after a long day of sightseeing. We also took a 永安 to Fenghuang, and absolutely fell in love with the town. Its riverside charm, ancient architecture, and lively atmosphere made it one of the most memorable parts of our journey. It’s a place we’ll definitely want to return to. Overall, Nanfengbeixiang Inn provided the perfect mix of comfort, warm hospitality, and great location — we’d happily recommend it to other families visiting the Zhangjiajie area.

During my stay in Zhangjiajie, I has to be there during the rainy season, and just a week earlier, the city had been hit by a flood. Fortunately, the hotel owner kept me informed about the current situation, which helped me feel safe and at calm. On my last day, I planned to visit Tianmen Mountain and asked if I could still use my room after returning. Unfortunately, the room had already been booked for the next night. However, the owner kindly offered a great solution: I could leave my backpack in the room, and if I returned before checkout time, I could still use it. If not, the hotel would store my luggage. I was very grateful for this arrangement, although Tianmen Mountain was so breathtaking that I stayed there until 2 p.m. and came back too late to access the room. Still, I was met with a lovely surprise — my bags had been carried down from the sixth floor and were waiting for me at the reception, which made continuing my journey much easier. The room itself wasn’t particularly modern, but it was exceptionally clean, and the staff paid attention to the little things, even providing mosquito repellents, which were especially helpful during that time of year. There was also a very helpful man working at the hotel who spoke excellent English and played a key role in helping me organize my sightseeing. He helped me plan my itinerary in detail, giving me a map on which he marked the exact order of places I should visit, which made exploring the area much easier. On top of that, he also helped me buy the right entrance tickets, advised me on the best options, and even got them at a discounted price. His support and dedication allowed me to fully enjoy the 永安, knowing that everything had been well taken care of. It was very pleasent stay! Thank you!

Amazing hotel, the workers are so friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English fluently and is always at the front desk to help you. He help us booking the tickets attractions with discount and each night he help us organized our itinerary for the next day and explain everything with the attraction map. Excellent service. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room is quite cozy. You can hear the planes because the airport is near but it’s not bothering. They don’t have food at the hotel BUT next to the hotel are many restaurants MANY options and delicious fruit, the prices are not expensive. There are also some shops where you can find everything if you forgot to buy for your 永安.

I really recommend you to stay in this place if you are foreigners looking a cheap way to stay. The location is nearby the Tianmen mountain cableway. It is tourist spot, and you can easily find restaurant that serve you local delicacy. The owner also very nice to us, she help us give the national park routes, and many tips during we stay there.
