設施、衞生、環境、服務：房間感覺整潔無異味，但是我忘記拍房間照片了😭他們店的床單特別有特色，不是白床單，來到這有一種回家的感覺，周邊的遊玩吃喝項目很齊全，老闆會給你推薦好吃的，晚上睡眠特別安靜，沒有任何噪音老闆特別熱情，我們本次的行程特別趕，本來定一個一日遊玩森林公園的，結果因為下雨不得不在酒店（ps：下樓發現老闆居然還煮了薑茶給客人們暖暖身體），後面老闆給我們規劃了一個路線幫我們訂好票讓我們能在最後一天在張家界的時候把森林公園給遊玩完了，早上八點出發，下午三點就遊玩完了，所有核心景區都看完了，路線中還把我們最想看的小猴子也看到了，下次還來這好好遊玩張家界

客棧離東門標誌門很近，特別方便。客棧環境舒適安靜，如果有需要，買用品或者小吃也很方便。老闆人特好，會講去遊玩時的注意事項，讓人少踩很多坑並節約了時間，真真的是以顧客為上帝！！！如果大家出遊沒有選好住宿的地方，這家漢宿客棧真的不錯！！！平心而論

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable — the rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The double room features a spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. They didn’t just offer a warm welcome — they also helped me book discounted tickets to Zhangjiajie Park and even put together a personalized tour plan based on how much time I wanted to spend there. The location is super convenient too — it’s only about one kilometer from the East Gate of the park, making it easy to reach on foot or by taxi. There’s also a vibrant street nearby filled with cafés and shops. I highly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret it!

L'emplacement est idéal : à proximité des attractions principales et situé sur une rue commerçante animée, ce qui permet de trouver facilement tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et d'une grande serviabilité. Ils nous ont aidés à planifier notre itinéraire de voyage et nous ont obtenu des billets à tarif préférentiel. Chaque jour, ils ont organisé nos parcours de découverte de Zhangjiajie. Ce fut une expérience vraiment excellente. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, avec un lit confortable et large — exactement ce qu'il fallait après de longues journées de randonnée et d'exploration. Tout était impeccable. Séjourner ici rend la planification et l'organisation totalement sans stress, et je le recommande vivement !

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the attractions. There are tons of services and amenities around. The staff here are super friendly and well-trained — they helped me with everything, from sorting out park tickets to giving suggestions — and even hooked me up with a nice discount! The Forest Park’s main gate is only a few minutes’ drive away, which saved us a lot of travel time—perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie with ease. What really stood out was the service here. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They not only gave us detailed suggestions for sightseeing routes but also helped us book discounted attraction tickets. Whenever we had questions while in the park, we could always reach out to Xiao Du! That kind of thoughtful, concierge-like service made our whole 永安 relaxing and stress-free—no need to worry about planning or potential pitfalls. Even though the inn is located in a busy area, it’s quiet and comfortable inside, with uniquely decorated exotic vibes. They also offer complimentary parking and laundry/dryer services, which is super convenient for those driving or needing fresh clothes after long days of touring.
