Staff very very abusive firstly they never told us the kitchen closing time at dinner since we checked at 9pm almost and they refused to give us dinner at 10 pm Atleast they can inform before closing spl if we are crying 1 month old baby and 3 senior citizen in which 2 are diabetic... after so much requests and begging really they gave us food......it was cheating really they did not gave morning buffet and gave hardly to eat something.....At the time of checkout reception guy was really very rude especially with my father ....Pathetic experience it was a nightmare for us

Front desk guy was very very rude. He told us we always come with group.and that was totally false talk . . This was the last time we were visit in this hotel. That was too bad tt. So sad there is no patience in front desk staff. You guys are hired an unprofessional and totally rude bad staff.

my room keys never worked had to walk to down to reception for master key to step into room. changed about 5 keys but still didn't work 😔

The stay was comfortable however i did not like the services as when i called for room cleaning he didn’t change bedsheet or even cleaned the bath tub and the guy that came washed the glasses with water in front of me kept it there itseld

It’s a good property right on the highway that leads to chandigarh. Great value for money. The suite we booked is really spacious, has a nice bathroom with a bath tub
