The overall experience was good at the hotel The staff the ambience and the the rooms were also great The only problem was that there was no water in the washroom Other than that it was a great experience

1st of all the rooms had a very pungent smell. There was nothing worth what they had charged for. 2nd, the lobby was a much better place to be than the room. 3rd room services were much slower than the standards. I had requested for a tea which literally took half an hour to be delivered.

The Hotel Rooms emit some kind of smell. Cleanliness is so so. Food was not cooked and presented properly. No supervision in Restaurant. oner all it's just not good experience. certainly shall not stay there now if required.

This is the Suite room, the hotel's second most expensive offering. Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during the stay: the air conditioning was not functioning, the kettle was inoperative, and the bathtub was broken. Additionally, the food provided was below average, and room service was exceptionally slow. The bathroom amenities were of poor quality, and there was no hot water available in the morning. Overall, the room was not adequately cleaned, leading to a disappointing experience.

The rooms were not at all upto the mark…we changed our room almost 3-4 times and ac was not working…water was leaking from ac unit and service was very poor overall very bad experience

The room furniture , walls had wear and tear, were not upto average standard, the floor mat was disgusting soiled. cleanness was missing. The washroom was too small, the toilet seat located in a crunched space right behind door , it gave a claustrophobic feeling.
