Hôtel proche de la gare de Zug, soit a 10min a pied, soit a 2 minutes de la station SBB la plus proche. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde dans le youth hostel, donc ils ont attribué les voyageurs sur chaque chambres différentes. J'étais donc seul dans une chambre pour 4. C'était également très calme Les toilettes et douches sont dans les parties communes. Il n'y a par contre pas de savons / shampooing dans les douches. Pas de serviettes prévues, il faut les louer également. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et délicieux. Attention aux prises électriques, les contours des prises sont prévues uniquement pour des chargeurs rectangulaires, non rondes.

第一次遇到全程沒服務的住宿，從入住到離開，沒見到過前台或者其他工作人員，衹有早餐告知結束的廚房人員，和粗暴趕人的清潔人員，除此以外沒有了，酒店陰森森的。設施簡陋，衹能説離火車站近，具體位置有點難找，入住時間很嚴格，早上9點就沒有早餐，對於前一天趕路的人來説太挑戰，相當於餐費浪費了，且早上10點打掃衞生的工作人員就非常粗暴趕人，表現為用力敲門一把推開，不會再入住，也會讓認識的朋友避雷，有更多選擇的話千萬別住這裏

I had an excellent 3-night stay at Zug Youth Hostel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hostel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful town of Zug and its picturesque surroundings. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, making for a great start to each day. The facilities were modern and convenient, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Zug Youth Hostel for its top-notch service, cleanliness, and prime location. It’s one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at.

This hostel is one of the cleanest hostels in Switzerland. Perfectly located next to the train station, with all the amenities and more. Swiss hospitality at it's best. Food is beautifully presented and delicious. Nothing was missing during my short stay. I would highly recommend this youth hostel.

A well located hostel. Good for individuals, groups or families. Very new and facilities in tip-top condition. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Will strongly recommend to all members!
