房間環境非常惡劣完全沒有清理然而他的價格是和酒店相若，性價比非常低。完全不知道好評是怎麼來的首先在門口一大股煙味沒有清理的垃圾桶和沒有更換的床單，床單上面也有煙灰和蟲子，張床唔知有幾多個人瞓過，完全冇清理和更換。另外就係一入到房見到一條上吊嘅毛巾真係嚇餐死加多啲emoji先😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰

its far away from the city, but the bus stop is right below the apartment. common bathroom is clean but i was hoping for bathroom slippers

是一個單人間哦，之前住的青旅都是上下鋪的宿舍所以這個非常獨特。衞生間和洗浴是公共的，但是很乾凈。客服Maryem人巨好，第一天因為房間水管堵了，她特別耐心地幫我換房間，後來因為網絡的問題，她也特別耐心地幫忙處理！很棒的一次體驗！

It's very far away from the city centre, and check in time is a little too late than normal. Rooms don't have on suite bathrooms, just a sink, but they do have a mini fridge. Overall it's very basic for its price.

At first your whatsapp assist guide was not so well inform the best way route to reach the site,so must walk in for long way and hiking.Make frustation I already give her the best route with bus to reach there,so no need to walk long way and hiking.

장점이 많은 호스텔입니다. 언덕에 있어서 케리어를 들고 오시는분들은 힘들수있을거같고 나이드신분들이나 영어소통이 잘 안되는분들은 체크인하기가 다소 불편할수있습니다. 하지만 온라인응대가 좋습니다. 쾌적한 샤워장,화장실 조리를 할수있는 주방 방도 크고 좋습니다.

The check-in process was so complicated with different buildings, for which it was not mentioned on my reservation. Only when you have done the online check-in with a 100Chf deposit then you will get the check-in code (but not with the building number, only from the WA), what happens when someone doesn’t have the money for the deposit???. It took me 1.5 hours to do a self-check-in. The hotel number was only on the answering machine, no one at the property to help. I have to find some guests to help me on-site. Incompetent system. They have 4 /5 buildings but not one person there to help. It was my wrist nightmare to check in around 9:30pm (I only got the key at about 11:15pm). Furthermore: the property had no lighting in the kitchen and shower room, for which I had to go to another floor. The toilet was so far away & not even clean. Sorry, this hotel is not for anyone.

70€ en Zurich es muy buen precio. Es tipo residencia de estudiantes.baño compartido. Dispone de cocina con fuegos, micro, lavavajillas. Cápsulas de café de amenities. No está en el centro pero hay transporte urbano q te deja justo en la puerta y que pasa cada 5 minutos. En la habitación hay nevera personal

酒店是自助入住的，但是取鑰匙什麼的挺方便的，提前會給你發郵件。位置離市區有一點距離並且周圍沒有超市和飯店，但是旁邊有公交車站很方便。有公共廚房設備齊全可以自己做吃的。考慮到它的價格，整體來説挺不錯的。

Just completed a night's stay and the service I received from the WhatsApp crew* is excellent. Clean and very picturesque setting. I must say its a techy kind of scenario with Smart Locks etc *Shout out to JENNY who helped me thru the online check-in process. A wonderful Fräulein with excellent English and interpersonal skills, essential for some of us who do not sprechen deutsch!😬😬
