Hotel is poorly managed and not customer centric. Booked for 2 nights more than 1 year ago and requested for change of date due to flight changes 9 months ago. Hotel management just stick to non-refundable policy. Refused to listen to explanation and even after 永安 intervention. I email hotel directly that I accepted their decision of sticking to non-refundable policy and told hotel to release the room for others as Jul is summer peak period and should not short of guest. No response from hotel and not even an ackownledgement. Sorry for this hotel's reputation, don't ever try to stay there. Just check today and many rooms available for the half of Jul and whole Aug month. That explains on hotel's attitude.

There are food places around. Need to take a tram or train to Zurich HBF but that is only around 15mins via tram.
