酒店的位置非常好，距離HB火車站步行幾分鐘，前台是自助check in，主要如果之前沒有辦過Ruby的會員需要填寫一些訊息，不過也還好就花個幾分鐘，房間的風格是我喜歡的，也比較乾淨，早餐選擇不是很多，但是有各種麪包和十幾種果醬，去吃早餐的時候被一個很帥的小哥叫住，然後問了我房間號，哈哈非常友好

Unfortunately, my stay at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich was extremely disappointing. While the location is indeed central, that’s where the positives end. There is no daily housekeeping service, which made my experience even worse. The hotel offers no real amenities — no proper room service, no extra toiletries, and no sense of hospitality. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no willingness to assist with even basic requests. It felt like staying in a stylish building with nothing to back it up in terms of comfort or service. In short: avoid this hotel if you expect full service, friendly staff, or genuine comfort.” للأسف، كانت تجربتي في Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich محبطة للغاية. المكان جميل من الخارج وموقعه ممتاز بالفعل، لكن هذا ما يكفي. لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف يومية (Home Service)، مما زاد الوضع سوءًا. المبنى لا يوفر أي دعم أو مرافق إضافية ملحوظة — لا أدوات نظافة إضافية، ولا غرفة معيشة أو خدمة غرف، ولا حتى تفاعل شخصي مع الطاقم. شعرت أنني أقيم في مكان فاخر على الورق فقط، لكن بدون أي قيمة حقيقية. باختصار: تجنبه إذا كنت تبحث عن خدمة كاملة أو راحة فعلية.”

就在蘇黎世市中心河邊上，窗外風景不錯。（雖然一開始打不開窗戶，後來到樓下前台幫忙解決了）交通非常方便。最看重的是有音響～他們家的特色，很喜歡：）設施新，房間很乾凈。空間不是很大，我的大行李箱不是很好展開。其他都沒問題。

酒店地理位置優越，離蘇黎世主火車站很近，200多米左右。酒店出門右轉就是班霍夫大街，老城區景點全部步行可達。如果計劃去蘇黎世理工學院的話，酒店出門左轉過橋，導航到polybahn，步行5分鐘即達，坐紅色小火車上山。我們訂了2晚，如果第二天不需要打掃的話，可以兌換樓下bar酒水飲品一人一份。房間乾淨整潔，wow房型面積還行，可以攤開兩個大行李箱。

前台兩個女的服務臉色很差明顯歧視是十多天歐洲最差勁的。一個男的服務很好。距離火車站很近斜對面。全是自助入住前台和吧枱是一樣的工作員。一點都不想辦入住。態度真的很差。房間很小真的很小最恐怖連水也沒有在樓下花18歐元買了2瓶水。説自來水可以直接喝可是其他酒店至少有個接冰或者沖茶的吧

I had a fantastic stay at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich. The hotel’s vintage cinema-inspired design adds unique charm, and the location is perfect—just minutes from the main train station and Zurich’s old town. My room was compact but smartly designed, with a comfortable bed, quality shower, and great amenities like a Marshall speaker. The bar and lounge area was cozy and stylish, ideal for unwinding in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I appreciated the hotel’s sustainable approach and clean, modern feel. A great value stay—I’d definitely return! Psst: You will have to pay for a bedroom slipper / toothbrush via the vending machine (So remember to bring along).

Ruby Mimi Hotel is a warm friendly hotel starting with their reception team esp. Mojo. Thank you for a warm welcome. Happily kept our luggae till we return to hotel 10 days later. Very convenient service. Location is great near to Zurich HB. 6F rooms come with an attic look and had a good view of Zurich old town.

Receptionist was awesome! They helped us to check and even extended for us to have an early check in. The system used in the hotel was so high tech, and it feels like a hipster vibe ! The location was convenient not too far off from SBB train station and bus terminal. Nearby there’s many food options! The room was well maintained, I am super amazed at their shampoo where there is “heading out” and “winding down”! Lovely! Kudos team!

Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and close to the shopping street. The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up.
