Essential Boarding Notes

1. Arrive 10 Minutes Early: Public pier docking times are very brief. Vessels dock on schedule and depart promptly; latecomers cannot be accommodated.
2. Look for the Yellow Vessel: There is no physical ticketing counter at the pier. Crew members board and greet guests directly on arrival. Simply look out for the yellow Wing On boat.
3. Flexible Disembarkation: Passengers may choose to disembark at either Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier 3 or Central Public Pier 9 at the end of the cruise, regardless of where they boarded.

• Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning: Sailings operate as normal. The captain retains authority to adjust routes or dock early if sea conditions require; non-refundable.
• Symphony of Lights Cancellation: If official authorities cancel the light show due to weather, the cruise converts to a standard Night Cruise experience; non-refundable.

• Bring a Light Jacket: Sea winds on the open upper deck can get chilly after dark, even in warmer months. A light windbreaker or jacket is highly recommended.
• Motion Sickness Advice: Victoria Harbour is a protected inner harbor with minimal swell, but guests prone to seasickness should take preventive medicine 1 hour before boarding. Onboard staff are always available to assist.
• Pier Flexibility for Sightseeing: Take advantage of the disembarkation options! If you board at Central, you can disembark at Tsim Sha Tsui Pier 3 to immediately explore the Avenue of Stars or enjoy dinner in TST.
