Viu 30 日升級會員 Lite 服務兌換碼 條款及細則：

1. 閣下可於 2026 年 4 月 30 日 23:59 或以前（「指定期間」）使用 Viu 兌換碼（「Viu 兌換碼」）將閣下的 Viu 免費服務訂購升級至相關 30 日 Viu 付費服務訂購計劃。該計劃不會在訂購期結束後自動續期或自動收費。 請注意，Viu 兌換碼須於指定期間前使用，否則將會過期失效。此兌換碼僅適用於 Viu 全新客戶／免費會員，並不適用於現有的 Viu 升級會員或 Viu 升級會員+。 閣下需登入 Viu 免費會員帳號方可兌換，如尚未成為 Viu 免費會員，請立即免費註冊。
2. 所有 Viu 兌換碼的使用均須遵守以下規定：
   1. Viu 兌換碼不得轉售或兌換現金、積分或任何其他商品及／或服務。
   2. 每個 Viu 兌換碼僅可使用一次；並將在用於將訂購的 Viu 免費服務升級至相關 Viu 付費服務後自動失效。
   3. 倘發生以下情形，Viu 有權取消或撤銷兌換碼的有效性及使用而不作另行通知：
      1. 欺詐（實際或企圖）；
      2. 使用不當；
      3. 違反規管兌換碼的使用及／或兌換的條件及限制；及／或
      4. 合理維護或保護我們的利益。
   4. Viu 對有關使用兌換碼及免費升級的任何事項的決定為最終決定並具有約束力。
3. 閣下使用任何兌換碼，即表示同意有關 Viu 服務的所有適用條款及條件約束。
4. 如閣下對使用 Viu 兌換碼有任何疑問，或因技術或網絡錯誤導致 Viu 兌換碼無法使用， 請發送電子郵件至 enquiry.hk@viu.com 與 PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited 聯絡。

Viu 30-Day Premium Lite Service Redemption Code Terms & Conditions:

1. You can use the Viu 30-Day Premium Lite Service Redemption Code (the “Redemption Code”) by 23:59 on 30 April 2026 (the “Specified Period”) to upgrade your Viu Free Service subscription to the relevant Viu Paid Service 30-Day subscription plan. This plan will not automatically be renewed or incur any charge after the expiry of the subscription period. Please note that the Viu Redemption Code must be used by the Specified Period or otherwise it will be expired. The Redemption Code shall only be available to Viu New Customer and Free Members. Existing Viu Premium Members and Viu Premium Member+ shall not be eligible to use the Redemption Code. You must log in to your Viu Free Member account to use the Redemption Code. If you have not been a Viu Free Member yet, please register for free immediately.
2. The use of the Redemption Code shall be subject to the following terms:-
   1. The Redemption Code cannot be resold or exchanged for cash, points, or any other goods and/or services.
   2. Each Redemption Code can only be used once and will automatically become invalid after being used to upgrade the subscription of Viu Free Service to the relevant Viu Paid Service subscriptions.
   3. Viu shall have the right to cancel or revoke the validity and use of the Redemption Code without any prior notice under the following circumstances:
      1. Fraud (actual or attempted);
      2. Improper use;
      3. Violation of the terms and restrictions of using and/or redeeming the redemption code; and/or
      4. Reasonably protecting our interests.
   4. Viu’s decisions regarding the use of the Redemption Code, and any other matters related to free upgrades are final and binding.
3. Your use of the Redemption Code shall mean that you agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions concerning Viu Services.
4. Should you have any enquiries on the use of the Redemption Code, or if the Redemption Code cannot be used due to technical or network errors, please write to PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited (via email to: enquiry.hk@viu.com).
