I liked the room. It was very clean, and there were details that i appreciated, such as a nicely tiled bathroom, colorful coffee cups, and basic decor. The room had a nice amount of space. The shower was nice. The area has a lot of massage parlors. It's also close to a nice high end mall where there were many restaurant choices. Security was good, too. The hotel uses keycards to enter the hotel from the outside. Regarding service there was basically no one to show us to our room which is an odd thing to neglect.

❌will not book and come again unless have huge discount 💰Price is 10% lower than same area for 2 bedroom suite, but location can reflect price ❌Thailand hotel management always have lack of hotel services , please call INN or hosts, why out a name as hotel ? 😵💫 ❌永安.Com app need to update ,this page sux , cannot type with my iPhone 13 ❌hotel designer of the place need to rework many area… ❌front desk with poor manner of English , does not feel welcome ⭕️at the end , cleaning lady just walk by front desk , she come and help us open door and let me take my luggage’s and golf bag exit front door ❌😅never feel front desk are welcome as I am HK Asian , when they see those back packer or white person , they keep smile without tips 🥲 ❌😭I usually tips , when I was in any Thai hotel expect this one ❌❌ never refill water or try to out outside my door

非常滿意的一次入住，早上餐廳的早餐很棒，而且房間很乾凈也很安靜，大堂的裝修很復古，有一種回到上世紀的感覺，推薦喜歡復古風的夥伴們拍照。而且酒店周圍吃飯的小店也多，牛排，日料，海鮮，泰國菜，應有盡有。日料我推薦一家叫劍心的居酒屋，很不錯的，味道很好，就是要早一點去，或者是預訂。周圍還有很多特別的店，提供一些你懂的服務。獨立旅遊的男生可以考慮哦，推薦DaisyDream天花板級別的。

Amazing boutique hotel. Very well decorated and very clean. We truly enjoyed the stay. Great location! The hotel offers a safe and comfortable environment. We highly recommend this hotel, and we definitely will be staying again.
