I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. In contrast, the driver was more friendly. The room was dusty, and the Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction.

The Riviera Marriott in Monaco was overall an okay experience. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and our room wasn’t very clean when we first arrived. Thankfully, the staff addressed it quickly and cleaned the room. The location is decent, but it’s about a 30-minute walk to the main streets of Monte Carlo. However, they do offer a free shuttle service to the city, which was convenient. The pool is quite small, and the gym is very limited in size and equipment. Breakfast was fine – nothing special, but not bad either. All in all, a solid 3 out of 5. It’s not a bad place, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Das Restaurant ist leider eklig & terrasse äußerst eklig… überall fliegen und taubenkot… bitte nicht im hotel frühstücken für den preis und für den namen mariott echt nicht gut aber ausblick ist top und zimmer sind sehr sauber

Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl, aber immer das Gleiche. Hatte sogar Lachs! Backwaren vom Geschmack her gut aber nicht hervorragend. Das Abendessen war auch gut aber nichts besonderes. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht besonders motiviert. Man musste immer nachhaken, um eine Auskunft zu bekommen. ZB wann ist Frühstückszeit, gibt es eine Lademöglichkeit fürs Auto. Sonst bekam man keine Informationen. Mängel: die Heizung in einem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Und die Lademöglichkeit für das Elektroauto, obwohl in der Information aufgeführt , ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, da es sich dabei um drei einfache Steckdosen handelt, die nicht EU konform sind. Die Lage am Meet war sehr gut, aber etwas am Rande von Monaco. Insgesamt würde ich sagen , dass die Preisleistung nicht ganz stimmt.
