The hotel is not worth the money. We paid $350 per night for three people. The room was not cleaned or the towels changed over the two days. There is no suitcase stand in the room. We stayed in an additional building on the third floor. There is no elevator. We had a lot of belongings and suitcases. It was very difficult to carry all of this up the stairs. Breakfast is NOT a buffet. You select a meal from 5 options using a card, also tea or coffee. After choosing, we waited 45 minutes in the restaurant for the food to be brought to us. Although I only had porridge and a muffin, my husband had an omelette. But as soon as we asked, our food got brought out, so seemingly they just forgot about our order.

早餐不是自助餐，需要選點，時間等待一小時多，太浪費時間了！！！差差差！不可容忍！！太浪費時間了！

Spacious, comfortabke rooms, with plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. In walking distance of Charlottetown centre.
Breakfast included was a bit limited, as had a choice of 5 different dishes.
Very pricey. The breakfast is good. They are plated served and freshly cooked. Staff are friendly.
