Very clean room and comfortable stay. Host is responsive to whatsapp. Complimentary carpark with security guards. The only downside is that it is not near any convenience stores. Hence, get your necessary supplies before u check in.

永安 percutian keluarga dan menginap 1 malam di Onsen Premium Suites Tambun, Ipoh. Kemudahan yg disediakan di sini sangat baik. Ruang yg selesa, peralatan dapur juga disediakan jika ingin memasak, peralatan bilik mandi disediakan, mesin basuh disediakan, tandas dan bilik mandi sangat bersih dan ruang tidur yg luas dan selesa. Kolam renang yg luas dan terdapat juga kolam air panas yg mengujakan. Tidak jauh dari pusat bandar Ipoh dan mudah untuk mencari makan dan minum serta menikmati suasana malam bandar yg berwarna-warni. Lokasi bersebelahan sahaja dengan Taman Tema The Lost World of Tambun.

We got here to check out the Onsen pool, and there’s one decent Onsen pool at the property. There’s also a normal salt-water kiddy pool (cold water) and a sports sized adult pool. There’s also a dry sauna that my husband tried, which was satisfactory. The view from the pool was pretty, although not a lot. Th Lost World of Tambun is just next door, so you’ll hear the loud disco music at all operation hours. The room we stayed was large, and the amenities like kitchen and laundry was complete, too. The bathroom was clean, and the beds are comfy. It was unfortunate that in the morning of our last day here, the lifts were not functioning for a few hours, so I hope the management get that resolved soon. All in all, such a lovely place to stay, but we won’t be coming back just for the Onsen, as the facilities are just okay. The room is quite pricey for Ipoh area, but it’s suitable for families visiting Lost World.

差評！無服務人員辦理入住，和永安溝通不暢，WIFI信號差且不提供密碼。很差的體驗！ Very bad experience! Can not check in for many hours, no customer service, bad communication with 永安 agent. Did not provide WiFi password, WiFi signal very bad! Not recommend to book.

很差勁民宿，really bad and terrible hostel，跟本不是酒店，永安騙我是酒店，沒有大堂，check in very trouble ，no staff help you ，入住很麻煩，我和家人在大樓外等了一小時吹風，小孩也病了,床單很污糟，all equipment very dirty ，had a lot of ant in house ，staff very bad ,職員非常惡，有心玩弄你，不禮貌，價格又貴

房間本身很不錯，各種日用工具也很全。距離lost world很近，走路五分鐘到達。游泳池非常棒，很大景色也不錯。唯一麻煩的是入住，雖然已經以前聯繫房東，但是房東完全沒有説要提前轉賬給按金，結果半夜在樓外面等了很久，最後好不容易通過其他方式才解決。建議大家預訂後讓房東提前説明入住的程序。

非常好的一個公寓。環境比較好，住的還是比較合適，下次還會繼續入住。酒店。要提前入住，否則比較麻煩。入住時候手續還是比較多。
