Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that "Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?".

This hotel belongs to the same hotel group with the Ballerina Hotel in Tinsukia. The building is still new and the room quality is best top notch among the hotels in Dibrugarh. It is in the same building of Domino Pizza and better to tell your taxi driver to go Domino on AT road. The bathroom smell was terrible but no problem with getting hot water. First time I stayed in this hotel the window could not be fully closed and insects were coming in because the window pane doesn't match the frame size but second time in the same room it was already fixed. The only bad thing was that they forgot to clean the room even I told them to clean while I was out, and even after I complained about that the male clerk just "straightened up" the bed sheets in front of me although I told them to "change" the old bed sheet. That male clerk doesn't understand anything about basic hotel service and came into my room with dirty shoes and even polluted the floor with dust, even I complained that to the front desk they never apologised nor did anything.

The hotel is newly built one and taxi driver didn't know this place. The room is very clean and the bed quality is superb. The window had a huge open gap but it was fixed right away. Air-conditioner is working very well and hot water from the tap is available at anytime. The problem was that the bathroom had strong odour and suffocating. Overall it is a very good hotel as judged from Indian standard.
