奧托佩尼憲章酒店 (Hotel Charter Otopeni)

Stayed here on route to my destination for one night, based on the advertisement that there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport however this was not true and ended up paying another €15 to get there from the airport which was about 5 mins away , was told the next day that the shuttle does not collect but drops off at the airport however you need to book 24 he's in advance , I tried this even contacting 永安 customer service who also tried to reach the hotel via the phone number they had provided however this is wrong and there is another number available at the front desk , Breakfast was average and again a separate payment of €8 from a very unfriendly staff member who flat out denied I had breakfast included which is what I paid for , so in the end £50 for a room in a ****ty part of town with miserable staff , ( the chap who checked me in that night was the only friendly and helpful person ) Overall not worth it should of stayed in a better place , I do not understand why people who have no compassion or respect for other human beings work in public places that involve dealing with customers ...??? Find somewhere else !!
