唯一符合這個價位的是服務，人員非常親切，也很熱心的回答所有問題與行程安排 房間品質不值這個錢，隔音極差 洗澡時水忽冷忽熱，基本上是用冷水洗每一.. 景色很美，頂樓的bar也不錯

Beach holiday 來說，房間的面積太細了，廁所洗手盆可放物件的位置不足，風筒用完後也不知道可以放什麼地方，新建酒店來說沒有USB插頭是說不過去！ 早餐一流，不可錯過！酒店位置也無可挑剔！ 性價比真心一般！

我對我在您酒店的住宿體驗感到失望。當我預訂時，圖片顯示房間擁有靠海的陽台，但實際上陽台衹能看見對面的樓，讓我感到有些失落。房間的配置與普通的三星級酒店相似，價格卻相對較高，與我的預期不符。雖然頂樓的酒吧餐廳和觀景台很棒，但房間的情況讓我感到失望。我希望您能夠理解我的感受，以便您的酒店能夠更好地滿足客人的期望和需求。"

Very nice new hotel with a roof top bar and coffee / restaurant included. We had the sea side view and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and supported us with all inquiries. We would come back to El Nido and the H hotel. Thank you to the staff again.

An excellent hotel in the heart of El Nido town proper. It is in a chaotic area but the hotel itself is well managed and calm once you get off the street! On reflection I probably would have stayed further out of the town but that's not a comment on the hotel itself. The hotel breakfast is great, even if you're not vegetarian or vegan which I'm not. The rooms are a good size, not to small and had balconies which is good for drying clothes. Reception and all the staff are lovely but I'm marking down the hotel slightly due to communication. When we got to the hotel by public tricycle they seemed surprised I hadn't gone with their free hotel transfer yet I couldn't see this option anywhere on 永安 when booking and they hadn't attempted to contact me. Perhaps that could be improved. On the communication front it seems they have some perks which they don't advertise at all. I discovered when visiting the Heiroglyph gym by vanilla beach that access is free if you're staying at H Hotel which is a superb perk but they don't advertise it at all! Apparently they also have a sister hotel near nacpan Beach where you can use the pool. Overall it's a very good hotel. I think it's a bit expensive but then again hotels in Philippines are generally overpriced so in that sense the price is fine.

A perfect hotel that exceeded my expectations! The staff is simply amazing and helps with anything needed happily and with a neverending smile. Special thanks to the stunning Dani who took care of us exceptionaly well and always greeted us with a smile, like a mother who makes sure everything is good :) The rooms are great, the beds are very comfortable the bar upstairs has the most beautiful view in EI Nido and great drinks, and the breakfast that is included is the best we had on our 永安! 위치는 엘니도해변 도보 3분?!! 호핑투어랑 시내구경하시는 분 강추합니다!! 새로지은 거라 시설도 쌔끗하고 직원들도 너무 친절합니다! 리셉션에서 안내해주셨던 james 덕분에 더 즐거운여행했어요! 비건조식인데 너무 맛있고 음식이 예쁘더라고요! 루프탑뷰 너무너무 좋고 웰컴드링크로 받은 칵테일도 너무 좋았아요~~~ 엘니도 가시면 추천합니다!

Отель находится в отличном месте, до набережной, откуда отходят кораблики на экскурсии всего 2 минуты пешком. В номере чистота, все новое, убираются хорошо, никогда не было замечаний. Персонал очень отзывчивый! Я там себя чувствовала , как будто я званный гость ❤️ Пару раз были сбои с напором воды, но не буду за это снижать оценку, так как все решалось как только я обращалась на рецепшен. Веганские завтраки красивые, но не очень вкусные, но, может быть, это только для меня так, потому что я не веган. Для не вегетарианцев в соседнем отеле предусмотрен завтрак, который так же входит в стоимость, отдельно доплачивать не нужно. Больше спасибо персоналу отеля за такой радушный прием ❤️

I'm very happy with the services they're providing. They had a good foods and the bed was comfy enough to get rest throughout the night. I had 永安 on the morning and they even let my uncle to wait in the lobby after he's checking out. Services 10/10 will come again ❤️

愛尼島舊鎮高檔酒店，去了愛尼島4次，終於住到一間舒適的完美的酒店，一樓的純素食餐廳也很厲害，不吃素的我吃了三次，一樓也有按摩的店，最最最厲害的是頂樓的酒吧，超級美視野在上面放空一整天超級爽！！真的值得，下次還要再去！
