Pretty run down need more attention for maintenance and cleaning,could have a good view depending on on your room type and location,stay in 2 different floor in executive room but only higher floor has a good view and higher ceiling room,breakfast is very basic

Kepada Pengurusan Hotel Jerai Hill Resort, ************* kami amat berpuas hati sepanjang penginapan kami sekeluarga di sana. Secara keseluruhan servis baik yang kami terima cuma terdapat sedikit kekotoran (lumut) di beberapa kawasan, ruang di dalam bilik hotel yang perlu di ambil perhatian. Makanan yang disediakan juga sedap, cuma untuk tempoh penginapan tiga hari dua malam pihak hotel menyediakan menu yang serupa untuk sarapan pagi perlu penambahbaikan. Seperti yang kita semua tahu Negeri Kedah terdapat pelbagai jenis masakan, makanan yang sedap dan menarik. Mohon pihak Hotel ambil serius penyediaan makanan kepada pelanggan kerana kos yang telah di keluarkan oleh mereka mestilah berbaloi dengan apa yang diberikan, dipersembahkan kembali kepada pelanggan. Kepada Pengurusan Hotel Jerai Hill Resort, ************* kami amat berpuas hati sepanjang penginapan kami sekeluarga di sana. Secara keseluruhan servis baik yang kami terima cuma terdapat sedikit kekotoran (lumut) di beberapa kawasan, ruang di dalam bilik hotel yang perlu di ambil perhatian. Makanan yang disediakan juga sedap, cuma untuk tempoh penginapan tiga hari dua malam pihak hotel menyediakan menu yang serupa untuk sarapan pagi perlu penambahbaikan. Seperti yang kita semua tahu Negeri Kedah terdapat pelbagai jenis masakan, makanan yang sedap dan menarik.
