シャルルロワ空港からとても近く、駅からも徒歩10分圏內でした。近くにはファーストフード店やショッピングモールもあり水や軽食は調達しやすく比較的に旅行初心者でも問題なく泊まれるホテルかと思います◎ そちらのショッピングモール內にあるワッフルがとても美味しかったのでおすすめです◎ ただ、駅からもっとちかいＩＢＩＳホテルのが安く、そちら利用でも良かったかなあと思いました。スタッフの対応はふつうでした！ ホテル自體はとても清潔感がありきれいです。

Sono stato solo una notte però l'accoglienza è stata ottima. L'unica cosa, ma questo è un mio problema, è che le stanze non hanno aperture e per me che soffro di claustrofobia non poter avere aria diventa problematico.

Beautiful hotel, city centre. But the google address was not working correctly. Only with the 3rd time, after careful copying we got in an unfamiliar city in the dark. No A** in the hotel. Very nice staff! All the best!

This hotel has an exceptional location in the heart of Charleroi. It adjoins a major downtown shopping mall with international brands and standard fast food options including Burger King. My room had amazing view of the central plaza including the church. There is an excellent range of restaurants nearby and a small selection of convenience stores. However, there was are no large supermarket in this area, and getting access to pharmacies was difficult at night. The reception area has lively bar on level 2 and there is outdoor areas with seating and umbrellas for the summer period. During this visit in August, there was some live music in the streets nearby which added to the town a**osphere, but this city is not Brussels, as visitors should lower expectations regarding night life options. It about a 10 min walks to the Central Station and express buses to the airport. (Charleroi low cost airport) Note: The railway stations area is under construction, some care may be required with luggage.

A very modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Great room facilities and friendly helpful staff. Located within an amazing shopping mall and a beautiful piazzas definitely recommend.
