Great hotel Great location We asked for shampoo and shower gel as it was empty. This was not topped up. We asked again it was not done. We had to ask again the next day and made sure the housekeeper got it. This is thenonly negative otherwise the hotel is great.

Très bon accueil à la réception Nous avons eut la chance d’être dans la partie rénové de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont très belles et les parties communes également. Petit déjeuner très bon. L’emplacement est juste magnifique en plein milieu de la corniche face à la mer. J’y retournerai sans hésiter

Hôtel très bien situé et jolie mais il y a quelques améliorations à faire au niveaux de la piscine qui et petite par rapport à la grandeur de l’hôtel, et la propreté de l’eau qui était trouble et sale et au niveau de la chambre la climatisation ne marcher pas bien ne refroidissait pas. Le petit déjeuner était bien avec beaucoup de choix mais dommages que le jus d’orange était pas pressé pour un hôtel 4 étoile

Limpieza y mantenimiento del Hotel claramente mejorable, personal sin nociones ni siquiera básicas de Castellano. Personal amable. Bufete de desayuno con poca capacidad, pasas tiempo dando vueltas para encontrar una mesa donde poder sentarte a desayunar, además de poca comida para un aforo claramente superado.

Hotel bien remodelado, pues antes de estar gestionado por la cadena Kenzi, sólo era para n 3* ya un poco pasado, se esta haciendo una gran remodelación, personal muy agradable, excelente desayuno buffet, muy variado y gastronomía muy buena, piscina muy limpia, a diario limpiaban la habitación y cambio de toallas, un 10 en limpieza, volveremos sin dudarlo

L’hôtel est en plein rénovation et les travaux démarrent à 7h du matin donc pas de sommeil au delà de cette heure là. Le lit qui grince n’en parlant pas ! Franchement je suis très déçu de cet hôtel qui est supposé être 4 étoile !

The hotel location was ok. Right in front of the Playa. strategic hotel but all interiors were too old. The pillow and bed were smelly. So rude and unfriendly reception guy. He overcharged me for 2 person city tax instead of 1 person. Not honest. Wifi connection was bad. Really spoilt my stay. I totally banned Kenzi Solazur. Be careful guys.

The room was dirty. Found a lot of hair in the corners of the room. We had the view to the swiming pool and it is nothing like it looked in booking pictures. The pool looked so dirty so I didnt even want to go swim there. The shower was leaking water so the whole room was wet. The bed wasnt made proparly and it looked discusting. Area for touriste was dangerous with a lot of homeless people that was trying to steel so we wasnt available to go out in the evening. We was so exited to stay in this hotel but we got so sad and disappointed in real life.. Not worth the money at all. Conclusion: nothing close to a 4 stars hotel at all.
