是一個和善的地方，若是要來箱館山或是琵琶湖度過悠閒的假日，是一間非常推薦的大旅館，善用旅館的車站/旅館/箱館山接駁車服務，會讓旅程非常舒服~雪季櫃枱有優惠票券可以買，不要錯過了

We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of 永安 showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a "mistake". There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the 永安 include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of the lake with breathtaking views. The room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is very bike-friendly and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a short stay. The Japanese breakfast was good, but it was a little on the boring side. It could benefit from a bit more variety to make it more interesting.
