Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

Located in the centre of Sungai Petani, this hotel offers quick gateway and rest to travellers and family It offers in-room services for meals. Hot showers and television with local channels also available in the room. For those travelling by train, this hotel is the best option since it is just in walking distances in front of Sungai Petani KTM station However, this hotel doesn't provided lift. For those staying at top (Level 2), you may need to walk up the stairs. During my stay, there is no telefon in the hotel room to connect to the operator. For quick weekend 永安, I may consider to spend a night here.

Nice hotel with awesome pool and friendly staff. Stay here 1 night. Location strategic in front of KTM Station. Parking space convenient. Food is good. Definitely will stay here again.

I stayed for 1 night. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with were very friendly. The location is great, just across the train station. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Just one of the average good hotel 👍👍👍. The hotel are located in front of KTM station. Quite a busy area. The only issue while staying there was the bathroom is quite small for Seri Malaysia. Maybe it just my room 🤷🏻‍♂️. It got breakfast, but you has to make reservation at the hotel when checkin. It just RM15 perhead as im told.

Location good.. Parking space nice.. Right infront of KTM station.. Back area got small water theme park.. Small old room but comfortable.. Shared public iron..

Swimming pool is a scam. The advertisement telling that there is a swimming pool within the hotel is no longer valid. For some reason the swimming might be sold to a other people and it operating privately. You need to walk around the hotel to that private swimming pool even there is a attaching stairs behind the hotel. Location is definitely a big win for those who are travelling via Komuter. Generally staff are friendly & helpful. The room is fine but those spot under the bed, under the curtain, inside the drawer, you can spot dust and lizard ****.
