The staff are polite and friendly. Nice view from the window. The walls are so thin that you could join the chat in the next room! It was very noisy. The facilities are old and stained. The pool was closed during off-peak season. I should have checked it with the hotel earlier!

Worst mattress, very squeaky. Couldn't sleep well. Every move woke up to the squeaky mattress. No hair dryer, charging double price from tub to walk in shower. Couldn't bring extra spoon or fork when requested had to go down my self to get it.

Great hotel swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and on sea front , reasonable priced next to tram stop , massive room with a TV, 24 hour reception and bar on first floor

Great hotel, quick check-in. The room we were in was lovely, overlooking the beach. The room was very clean tv on wall free safe in room free iron and ironing board to use. A lovely dressing table with a pull up mirror. Nice big bed. Bed was very comfortable. Radiator on wall so you can adjust the temperature. USB next to bed. A lovely bathroom with bath and shower very clean. We will be coming back to the grand Hotel Blackpool again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only down side was thought pool and spa was included small fee to pay, but make sure you book these. Curtains in room were too small, so let in light.
