凱藝酒店 (Quality Inn Auburn Hills)

酒店比較老，酒店的基本設施都有，早餐種類不多，每天都是煎雞蛋，香腸，土豆，土司甜甜圈小蛋糕，可自助現做華夫餅，酸奶咖啡管夠，能吃飽。在這住了10天，挺多人入住的。周邊環境不錯，比較安靜，超大停車場，旁邊就是麥當勞。對於要求不高的商務出差還是不錯的

Our little getaway was great - just what we needed. This hotel was located close to our daily excursions. The staff could not have been nicer & more accommodating! Thank you very much!!

酒店比較舊了，設施是齊全的，感覺那一帶都挺安全，酒單週邊的環境挺好，挺舒服。酒店早餐是每天都一樣，種類不多，能吃飽，有酸奶和水果。我們是商務出差，這個價格，我覺得還行，可能我要求不高。旁邊有24小時營業的麥當勞。

This was not a good experience. Waited about 15 minutes+ to be told there was a fee for early check in by 2 hours. Both here and later, they seemed to prioritize phone calls over actual guests. While I waited, two kids were absolutely screaming and running wild in the lobby, which wouldn't be noteworthy except I think I saw them later with an employee in context that suggests they are related. When I came back to check in, the cover on the bed was filthy (see photos). I asked for a change and was told I couldn't change rooms because I "used" it by using the bathroom. I asked for the sheets to be changed then, waited an hour, no one came. When I went down again, (because the phone was broken) I was told only the cover needs to be changed because they don't change them. I did all for a full change repeatedly but he just kept explaining they only needed to change the cover. I had to leave though, and was just exhausted with dealing with the front desk at this point. The cover was changed when I got back, thankfully, but I'm still not sure about the sheets. All in all, I'm really glad I only stayed here one night.

很好，前台主要是美國人和印度人在管理，房間很大也環境很好。最主要的是價格很實惠，地理位置也方便，有機會我們還會過去住。

There were 3 police cars in front when we pulled up. The desk clerk could barely speak English. The carpet on the staircase was grossly dirty. One key wouldn’t work and we gave up after 2 永安s to the front desk. The bathroom sink was cracked. The bathtub was so nasty that we showered at the relatives we were visiting. A tattered list of stations was the only “TV guide.” Internet was so slow I gave up using it after 6 “timed out” messages. Chipped up doors, dirty corners and along walls. Lamp shades broken, mismatched lightbulbs, fighting in parking lot... Most disgusting place we’ve stayed in the past decade!
