공항근처 호텔 묵었던 곳 중에서 제일 좋았습니다 깨끗해서 아이들과 지내기 좋았습니다

공간이 넓고 깔끔했다. 공항셔틀은 체크인때 예약을 해서 무료로 사용할 수 있었다. Dulles 공항에 새벽 1시쯤 도착해서 lyft를 타고 숙소에 도착하였는데 늦은 시간 체크인도 문제 없었다. 조식도 괜찮았다.

Wifi connectivity was very bad in my room, even though my room was on the first floor and close to the front desk. Upon checkout it was alarming to hear one of the employees, it looked like a manager by how she was dressed, arguing with an old lady in a wheel chair. The manager was saying how she was uncomfortable offering her transport. It was disconcerting that an elderly person was being treated poorly. I also overheard another guest complaining to the front desk representative about a problem, and he thought the hotel staff needed more training. Given these issues this hotel will not be my selection preference in the future.
