호텔 위치도 한인타운에서 가깝고 주차도 가능하고 가격도 괜찮고 하루 묶기에 적당합니다. 수영장도 있어서 아이들 놀기에도 좋고 붐비지 않아 좋습니다.

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very nice. Location was just besides a bus stop but quite far from NY. Very good facilities. Good price (relatively for NY haha) for what you get!

Overall, the performance of the air conditioning system was subpar, exhibiting significant deficiencies. It appeared evident that the air filter had not undergone any maintenance or replacement in quite some time. Consequently, this oversight led to discomfort during the 永安, as my thoughts and nasal passages were affected, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

My family booked two rooms. There was leakage. Hilton degraded our rooms. No compensation. Staff is rude. Never stay here again.

Can you imagine? Cigarette butt in A/C? FRONT desk is super rude. Swear to God I have never met such rude service my entire life. The room had water leakage. My family waited outside for an hour. They degraded my room and told 永安 that the room was same. 永安 was trying to help, I appreciate they fought for me. But what they can do, as an agent fighting with such international brand Hilton.

This is a budget hotel; the staff are friendly and pleasant to customers; however, there has been no swimming pool & jacuzzi since 2019, and it was the first time I booked the hotel to stay with my parents for 10 days. Even back then, the swimming pool was under construction 2019, and since then, nothing has changed. There were no proper towels at the fitness center, so the air circulation was not in good shape. The chef at the kitchen had a family funeral, so he took at least 5 days off during labor day weekend:( I had to order food from uber eats online.. finally
